STEP 01 / 04

Understand your AI activity.

This first step provides us with context on the shape of your AI conversations—how often you chat, what you discuss, and how long your conversations tend to be. It is not the data contribution you'll be paid for.

Paste the response exactly as returned. Edited responses will invalidate your submission.

Audit my AI usage using only conversation history and metadata you can directly access. Do not estimate, infer missing data, or use saved memories as a substitute for conversation history. Analyze every conversation available to you, including this one. A conversation means one distinct chat thread, not one message. Report: 1. Your current model name. If unavailable, say so. 2. My number of distinct conversations, grouped by calendar day, ISO week, and calendar month. 3. My top three to five primary topics, with conversation count and percentage. Assign each conversation one primary topic and do not pad the list. 4. My average conversation length in messages and words, including separate averages for user and assistant messages. Return valid JSON. Use null or an empty array for inaccessible data. Never fabricate counts, dates, model names, topics, or percentages.
